Description:
Diclofon Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Diclofon Tablet should be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor. Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, loss of appetite, and dryness in mouth. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help you with ways to reduce or prevent the side effects. The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any problems with your heart, kidneys, liver, or have stomach ulcers. How to use:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Diclofon Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Introduction:
In Pain relief Diclofon Tablet gives relief from arthritis, muscle, back, ear or throat pain. It works best if they are used when the first signs of pain occur. It also helps reduce fever associated with severe pain. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. If you are using Diclofon Tablet for arthritis, it may take up to 2 weeks of regular use for complete benefit. It is advisable to continue the medicine until your doctor advises you to stop.

Diclofon Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
- Driving : UNSAFE
- Diclofon Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Diclofon Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.
- Kidney : CAUTION
- Diclofon Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Diclofon Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
- Liver : CAUTION
- Diclofon Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Diclofon Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Missed Dose:
If you miss a dose of Diclofon Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
