Ans:The use of Zam MT 0.5mg/3mg Tablet is considered to be harmful for patients with known allergy to alprazolam or melatonin. Its use should also be avoided in patients with myasthenia gravis, any breathing difficulties or chest diseases, liver diseases and sleep apnea.

Ans:Zam MT 0.5mg/3mg Tablet contains alprazolam which can make you dependent on the medicine. Dependence can lead to withdrawal symptoms when you stop the treatment abruptly. Withdrawal symptoms can include a headache, muscle pain, anxiety, restlessness, confusion, mood changes, difficulty in sleeping, irritability, nausea, vomiting, stomach upset and many others.|
